Nursery Offer 2026 -

Thank you for choosing Spring Grove Primary School.

We are delighted to offer your child a place in our Nursery.

Please complete the form below to let us know whether you would like to accept or decline the place. We kindly ask that you submit your response by Thursday, 26 March 2026.

Once we receive your acceptance, we will send you further information about your child’s transition to Nursery, including the next steps and what to expect.

Please note:
A place in our Nursery does not automatically guarantee a place in our Reception Class in September 2027. When the time comes, you will still need to apply for a Reception place through the London Borough of Hounslow e-Admissions portal.
