2026 – LATE APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION TO NURSERY

WELCOME TO SPRING GROVE PRIMARY SCHOOL’S ONLINE NURSERY APPLICATION FORM FOR SEPTEMBER 2026

This form is for SPRING GROVE PRIMARY ONLY. If applying for more than one school, please complete separate application forms for each school.

Before you start completing this form please make sure;
  1. you read the ‘Starting in a Hounslow School Nursery’ brochure carefully before completing this form.
  2. you have parental responsibility for the child.
  3. you have all supporting documents ready to upload.
  4. you have checked your eligibility for 30 hour* eligibility before applying for a 30 hour Nursery place. Please visit https://www.gov.uk/30-hours-free-childcare.

*All primary schools offer 15 hours of early education. If you are a working family you may be able to get an additional 15 hours (30 hours in total). Please check you are eligible before selecting this option by visiting https://www.gov.uk/30-hours-free-childcare. Incorrect information entered may affect the outcome of your application.

Documents you need
  1. PROOF OF CHILD’S IDENTITY (required) – ie. copy of birth certificate or passport
  2. PROOF OF ADDRESS (required)- copy of your council tax bill for the current year.
    If you do not have a council tax bill, you will need to upload three forms of other proof of address ie. Energy bill, bank, mortgage or credit card statement, letters from HMRC, DWP (dated within the last 3 months) or current tenancy contract
  3. OTHER (if any)- ie. SEN, EHCP, any court orders, letters from local authorities/social workers

6. DECLARATION AND SIGNATURE OF PARENT / CARER

In accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, the London Borough of Hounslow (the Council) will use your information for the purpose of processing your application for a nursery class place, to (a) deal with your requests and administer its departmental functions: (b) meet its statutory obligations; and (c) prevent and detect fraud. The Council may share your information (but only the minimum of information necessary to do the above and only where it is lawful to do so) with other departments within the Council (including the elected members), central government departments, law enforcement agencies, statutory and judicial bodies, community service providers and contractors that process data on its behalf. The Council may also use and disclose information that does not identify individuals, for research and strategic development purposes.
