Thank you to all of the parents who attended our SEND Coffee Morning on Tuesday, 21st April! It was a great opportunity for parents with children on the SEND register to meet each other and chat, as well as have their questions answered by Mrs Colley and Mrs Lloyd. For part of the session, Mrs Lloyd went through the Personal Learning Plan template which going forward, will be sent home termly. All children who are on the SEND Register, with the exception of those with an EHCP, have a PLP filled out by their teacher with targets for the term. Children with EHCPs will have a Termly Review Report which will also be sent home termly and outlines progress towards the outcomes set out in their EHCP.
We hope that more parents will be able to join for the next coffee morning where along with networking and Q and A time, we will be going through specific interventions offered by the school to provide more insight into the support on offer at Spring Grove.
